All New Matrix Gym - Now Open in Newbury
Donnington Valley is a members and residents only gym, with facilities including a spectacular 18 metre pool, dance studio, treatments rooms and relaxation room.
In February 2022 our gym had a full refurbishment – we are the first in the South West to offer a full suite of the latest Matrix technology.
Matrix redefines the exercise experience with dynamic performance, sleek design, advanced functionality, and exclusive workout programs, from Les Mills BODYPUMP TM and circuit training to lower impact Aqua Aerobics, Yoga and Pilates, allowing you to change up your routine and maximise results.
We also like to relax, so we also have 8 treatment rooms, fully qualified therapists and a list of heavenly treatments for you to choose from.

As well as the latest Matrix equipment, we offer a full diary of studio and aqua classes which are included FREE OF CHARGE in our Gold membership. Our friendly and passionate team of staff will be sure to look after you, so whether you want to work up a sweat or enjoy some you time relaxing in the pool, Donnington Valley is the right destination.
Fitness Classes
From Les Mills BODYPUMP TM and circuit training, to lower impact Aqua Aerobics, Yoga and Pilates, our extensive choice of classes allows you to change up your routine and maximise results. Group classes are perfect for those that need a little support and motivation and who like to work out in a fun environment.

Swimming Pool
Take a dip in our 18 metre pool, unwind in the Jacuzzi or relax in the sauna and steam room – the choice is yours! Comfortable loungers surround our pool and with a delicious food and drink offering available to order poolside you can really make the most of our first-class health club. During the warmer months we open up our patio doors so you can soak up the sun with a cold refreshment on the terrace. Residents, including those on spa days and breaks and members of our health club have full access to our swimming facilities.
