Matrix redefines the exercise experience with dynamic performance, sleek design, advanced functionality, and exclusive workout programs, from Les Mills BODYPUMP TM and circuit training to lower impact Aqua Aerobics, Yoga and Pilates, allowing you to change up your routine and maximise results.
Our Gold membership has been enhanced and now has some fantastic new benefits, including a Gold Member's offer booklet full of treats. We have also introduced a new 6 visit passport membership.
