Donnington Valley is delighted to welcome dogs into selected bedrooms. Our Dog Friendly Rooms are of a good size, and have easy access to the outside area. There is a £30 per dog per night charge to have your dog stay with you. Whilst we find most dogs to be extremely well behaved during their stay, we kindly advise that guests will be liable to pay for any mess or damage caused by their dog.

It depends on the type of booking that you are making – if a special promotion then prepayment in full may be required.
If a Best Available Rate then no, we just take your credit card details to secure the booking and your card will be pre-authorised upon arrival
For no charges to be made, you must cancel 24 hours prior to 2pm on the day of arrival.
For cancellations outside of the designated cancellation period and non-arrivals you will be charged in full for the first night of your stay.
No deposit needed, simply provide a credit/debit card to secure your reservation with a pre-authorisation taken on check-in.
Advance Purchase Rates, packages and promotional rates: pre-payment to secure our best rates at the time of booking. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. With this in mind, it may be advisable to take out holiday insurance.
